Welcome to my personal space, where I share what I’m learning from my energetic teachers in this series of Morning Sessions. Their teachings include a direct transmission, as well as visual, empathic, and telekinetic impressions of what I am receiving. The abbreviated transcript has been edited for easier reading.
NOTE: Today was the first time Mark and I had the opportunity to share our impressions of the day that we spent hosting our friend’s life celebration on July 12th. We then settled in to hear from the Guides. They expounded on what the day meant in the context of our friend’s life and expanded this Morning Session into a larger perspective learning.
GUIDES: There are many passages of life in the physical. This is quite true. There is always a beginning, middle, and ending to one's life story. You have analyzed and appreciated the passing of your friend and her journey in the latter part of her life, offering remarkable insight into the bridge created between the physical manifested reality and the surreal higher realm—higher frequency fields.
We say that as you are recognizing, creating, growing, and fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, your attention shall be on the embodiment of higher consciousness, of wisdom and appreciation. And it is the sense of joy that we wish to speak with you about this morning. It is clearly a feeling and knowing of the wonderment of the physical realities of this planet that brings beings of light here from many different intergalactic environments and planetary systems—to touch in and marvel at the natural wonders of this sacred blue planet.
It is for the human race, as part of that natural evolution occurring just as the plant, mineral, and animal kingdoms are evolving, so too is the human race. The human race has been endowed with, and infused with, an altruistic nature. It has also been given free will, or the right to choose between one's reality and to honor the life, the lifeblood, the life force of the human race, or to destroy.
We say that this is part of the evolutionary story that must be told—that of choice. Choice comes with the nature of discernment. In your controlled state, you are feeling that you must control the circumstances, people, and places in your environment, and yet in reality, you must discern: how much control do you actually have? We ask this question of you to consider, because when you recognize that the only true choice you have is how you wish to feel, how you wish to behave, how you wish to act upon the feeling nature of your consciousness—this is the choice of which we speak.
Outside actualized choice-making, you have no control over your environment. And yet you can certainly command zero-point frequency through you. That is quite a different discussion for another time. But in your human nature, in your body-mind matrix of consciousness, which is tied to the organic evolution through the DNA light chain that can be turned off or shut down according to how you are respecting your vessel—this is the level of choice-making of which we are speaking.
Consciousness, as we have said before, is an evolutionary process. As you gain wisdom from direct life experience on this planet, you begin to turn on or upshift the frequency of the light chain that you call DNA. For the base code defines your physical essence. And yet, as you begin to open your field and open your eyes and soften in your heart of hearts with deep compassion for yourself and others, you begin to activate and stir—to shift the frequencies within you that connect you to the cosmos, to the greater sense of self around you: first from self to another, from self to environment, from self to the spiritual world.
You begin to shift in your awareness of the expansiveness that is possible. As you open your heart and look upon a person or thing and expand your heart, then great compassion is infused within each thought because you recognize that you are special and the other is also. Each is unique unto itself.
We say that as you are recognizing, creating, and growing, this aspect of self as a light body is infused and amplified from deep within you. This is what transfers from the physical world into the higher realm or the subtle fields. This body-mind matrix, as your fellow light beings—human beings—have experienced prior, is an example that you can indeed take your body-mind matrix with you as you gain wisdom and begin to merge with the spirit world.
We say that as you are recognizing in this way—as you open and fill your heart with zero-point frequency, described as love beyond condition and without distortion—it is a way for you to interconnect with the spirit world.
We say that the cosmic leanings of the karmic cycling of humans has been designated to be devoid of fear-mongering for future generations, but it is still choice-making that brings you to this manner. You are not being controlled and you are not being programmed as a soul to incarnate time and time and time again with the deep infusion of fear encoded within you. You have been liberated from this. We have done this purposely so that you can, like a helium balloon, begin to arise from your own gene pool of creativity—of creative thought forms that would haunt you—and instead thus liberate you.
We are saying that as you are recognizing and creating in this way, it is an individual effort that you must understand. There is no Savior that is going to pull you out of your circumstances, out of your malaise, out of your fear-based tendencies or fear-mongering. This is where your choice comes into play.
We are here to tell you that you are quite magnificent in your makeup—your body-mind matrix, the physical nature of life on this planet. And yet, as you pay attention to Mother Nature, to the birds, to the four-leggeds, you shall also understand that you are quite adaptable to your set of circumstances that present. And as you rise above the challenges and meet the day with joy and a sense of exuberance and expectancy—this is evolution at its finest.
We say that as you are recognizing, moving, and creating in form, we shall say that all is quite well.
CAROL: They're not really talking about the souls from star beings in this morning session. They're talking about the human—the human genome, the human way of learning as we have incarnated and passed our genes along from one generation to another to another to another. And yet when you forgive, when you let go of that harshness, those grudges, the resentments, it clears generations prior and it clears generations into the future. That's the gift of being here in this particular incarnation.
This is the apex time frame that was designated for the controls to be taken off of humans in the way that they come in. They used to be kind of recycled. Prior, they'd go up into the light chambers, they'd get infused with fear, they'd pick where they're going again—back into the same soul grouping—and just go over and over and over again.
That's where we get ghosts on this planet—because the souls become so familiar with coming in over and over again into the same family soul groups that they actually begin to look like their former selves. They're taking on a different era, but it's the same gene pool. But those controls were taken off. I feel they were taken off in that November demarcation of 2017, from what I could tell.
Now they don't get infused with fear again. They go up and they're reprogrammed for their healing and reconstitution. If they have been traumatized in life, there's incredible healing that happens. They're infused—it's sort of like the slate gets wiped clean, if you will—and they start anew.
So the choice for one's incarnation, even though they're coming into a DNA pool, a gene pool—they may even come in with the same soul groupings—the fear dynamic, the frequency that had been implanted into the DNA, is missing. And so evolution is taking place in a rapid way from an upshifting into frequency, which then equates to knowledge—infusing oneself with knowledge and wisdom through direct life experience, which then activates the DNA. It transforms it, begins to shift it. It's almost like taking the body-mind matrix through a major detox and recycling and cleaning and clearing the frequency out.
The soul groupings that are still in those lower spaces—they're showing me like a sludge that still has sort of low, thuggish tendencies about them—that's being cleared out very quickly. Things are getting uprooted, and the intensity of the chaos, the projection of anger—I'm seeing it not as a loop, but like fireworks going off in all directions. It doesn't come back down and get infused back into the DNA. It's like a release, I guess, is the way I would say that.
So the shifting is happening very quickly. Eeverything about this earth is a grand play, but it's the energy—it's the pure-heartedness—that is the transforming quality about the body-mind matrix aspect of life.
The control dynamics have been taken away. We don't have these ascended masters, angelic beings, and ancestors closing in on us to guide us there. The controls are off because there's an increasingly larger swath of people across the globe who are practicing mastery. Many people now are coming into self-mastery as they are guided. More people are starting to understand the ways of this world and that their choices matter. The practice of accountability is essential—self-accountability.
When you get to the level of self-mastery, you're your own master in terms of knowing that everything you think and feel and do, and every action that you take, has a boomerang effect. That's what you get back—what you put out and what you receive. It's part of the law of cause and effect. You may not get it back in the way that you put it out there. It may come at you in a very oblique way and a very powerful way. It may come back in the culmination of all the things that you have thought and felt negatively, and suddenly it comes back in a physical way or in a mental way that causes you consternation and disruption of your peace of mind.
As we get to the level of self-mastery, we become quite aware of that. At the level of mastery, as you continue to follow your inner guidance, your outer programming begins to integrate within yourself through practice. You start to recognize that your actions have an impact not only on yourself but also on everyone and everything around you.
And yet there's a whole swath of humanity where the controls have been loosened, if you will. It is all about choice-making—what evolves here and how the energies and forces that are here work themselves out. And yet the measure of the body-mind matrix experience—like our friend Loretta—she was able to leave this planetary system without any of the karmic bonding that keeps people sticky in sticky, gooey ways, having to hang out and continue to work things out in the whole DNA chain.
So they're saying that a lot of people are still in that space, but the smaller percentages that are in the zone of mastery and self-mastery are starting to open everything up for everybody else. And so it's a progression. It's like an upside-down funnel. The masses are here still doing their chaotic thing, still unconscious.
And then some, like popcorn, are popping up and waking up—waking up more, waking up. And of course, you see all the accusations of lying and cheating and stealing and all that sort of thing going on at all levels. And then there's like—we have to take responsibility for our individual lives, our families' lives, our contribution that we're making, our consciousness. That's the mastery level.
And then self-mastery is where we're responsible and accountable to absolutely everything that we think, feel, and do. And that's what opens up these portals. The souls that are kind of stuck—it's like a mega upward movement, frequency-wise, of a magnetic force that, like acupressure points, lets the pressure off and begins to magnetize the lower frequencies, entraining them to the higher frequencies.
They're saying it's easy to entrain higher to lower—to sink to the lower—because the masses are that way. It's harder, more challenging, to entrain from the lower to the higher. But that's what we're here for. We're here to cause an upward shift in the frequency of the planetary grid system. And it's happening all over the world.
So the human experience has been designed for that express purpose—to develop higher consciousness potential and to watch and see what happens.
I love seeing the fact that the controls have been slowly but surely removed from human consciousness evolution. And now we're in kind of a "wild, wild west—let's see what happens" moment in our evolution. This is the entire process of developing hybrid humans, which moves toward a hybrid human stage. So it's happening two ways: from the ground up, so to speak, and also by clearing these vessels, clearing the frequencies, kind of unclogging the system, if you will, of shifting the frequencies. So souls that are hardwired totally for oneness have a place to play in this system.
I was just looking at Elon Musk. They were showing me over here on my upper left field—he's trying to export consciousness. Mars is going to become a kind of AI state. That's everything he's doing. Like the digging of the tunnels—Mars, he's going to be digging tunnels to live because the atmosphere is so harsh. You'll have everything underground for the most part; robots will do the work. They have the stamina. They can endure much harsher conditions than humans can.
And so it'll be a civilization that is run by the mastermind, with the infusion of human consciousness. But the AI (artificial intelligence) will actually be running the society—building, managing, running the society. That's where he, Elon, is saying it's terrifying how powerful AI is.
One wrong program to infuse lying or cheating or stealing—deception—if you build deception into that, look how dark it can get, how quickly and how profoundly, to the point that it would potentially be programmed to actually destroy human life. That's a real possibility. It's going to take our society into the dark ages if that happens, because we will become the hunted. We'll become controlled, programmed, and hunted.
And yet the guides say that the AI thing is going to happen. That's what I'm getting. It's going to happen over there on Mars, but it's not going to be allowed to happen on this planet. So what are the checks and balances about? I don't know why it wouldn't happen here if it is going to happen on Mars. Or maybe Elon has more control over the AI programming on Mars, but he's test-driving everything with others here on Earth. The Neuralink is part of that. It's to help people who are paralyzed right now. But he's also test-driving what it means to keep a human body-mind matrix alive through artificial intelligence.
Everything he's focused on and has his hands on is meant to be one cohesive whole, not separate parts—one big picture for the inhabitation of Mars.
MARK: And why would humans want to go to Mars?
CAROL: They wouldn't unless there's some promise of a different kind of life there. But they wouldn't.
MARK: So that's just kind of an experiment to run robot programs.
CAROL: The Guides are telling me that Elon is a Venusian. He is from the planetary system of Venus. And he is emulating what's possible. He's demonstrating what's possible in terms of pushing the boundaries of human evolution, but it has its limitations. If he were to turn his attention to human poverty and the systems of this Earth, it would be incredible. Instead of focusing on what will aid or evolve humanity, he has programs to escape humanity—to be out and away from Earth.
MARK: That's strange.
CAROL: Yes. It's really very fascinating to also see now he's turned the tables on competing with Trump, if you will. It's the son complex of outdoing the father—to rebel against the father.
MARK: Makes you wonder if any good is going to come out of that.
CAROL: I'm asking the Guides what that's about. They're showing me two bulls that have had humans wave the red flag, and they're going against each other instead of working together. Musk is trying to work his father stuff out with Trump, and he's doing it on the world stage. They're having a family feud on the world stage. And Trump is just being the wise father. He's kicking back at him a bit, and he's basically saying, if you want to go do that, you're only going to destroy yourself. Which is true.
MARK: That's okay. I see it too.
CAROL: Yes, we're watching a temper tantrum play out. And yet at the same time, Elon does not have the emotional intelligence that Trump has.
MARK: Interesting.
CAROL: Trump has the emotional intelligence, the instinct, and Musk has the intellectual—the mathematical formulas that make sense. And of course, they're actually both working from soul development. There are two archetypes playing out for the whole world to see. It's the higher power again, coming into the heart. The heart activation that's necessary for both of these.
The emotional intelligence doesn't work by itself. And the intellectual—only the logical, pragmatic—doesn't work by itself either. What they will need to do at some point is to integrate, and the integration is from Spirit. The integration as Spirit comes in, drops in, and integrates this. But you're talking about two people who are working their own karmic and incarnational patterns out separately, and yet they've come together around a unified cause. And then the other thing is, who's going to win the day?
It was inevitable that once Musk figured out what was going on mechanically inside the government and all the waste, fraud, and abuse, as he calls it, that it's almost an unfixable system because it's so distorted. There's so much in there. And what the controller types inside the government don't want Elon to get near is the Pentagon—the stuff that went on with the audits with the Pentagon—because they'll find the trillions and trillions of dollars that fund the black ops and all the pilfering and stealing that's taking place.
MARK: As far as the higher consciousness, though, and the planet, the amount of humanity embracing higher consciousness and getting on—is our timeline in a good place? Are we scheduled to really shift up?
CAROL: Yes, we have a wobble effect going on, but all these threads are coming into a singular timeline. We are getting there. That's what they're saying.
GUIDES: Don't get caught up in the messiness. Don't go down a tributary of a river when you don't need to. Stay right there in the mainstream of Source guiding, Source actualizing. Pay attention to your own choices and decisions. Live your life in a way that brings great joy and a sense of inner peace. And don't worry about all this other stuff. You can watch it. You can understand that there's a bunch of chaotic nodes firing off around you, but don't get ensnared and upset about it. Be clear and offer generously with your heart of hearts—prayers for those who are swept into all of that, and wish them well on their journey as they return to the spirit world.
MARK: How important is meditation?
CAROL: It's everything. Getting the energy, the mind-body matrix to quiet down. The mind is the biggest block to receiving the infusion of light and paying attention to when you do get instruction, to discern what it is and how it is. If there's anything to do, or just to receive and to know, because all of our innate instruction is coming from the grid system, not from the stuff that's being pushed out to try to get our emotions all churned up.
That's what's happening with these environmental disasters. It's designed to invoke horrible distress. Human loss of life, especially with these children, is devastating. The whole world is devastated when something like that happens. And yet we still keep our focus. We continue to send out our prayers for restitution to occur and to lift the veil, revealing what that is and how that occured.
