MORNING SESSION #134: Transmission occurred on July 7, 2026 / posting this writing July 11.
What to say but to report what is being mirrored by close friends and my extended spiritual family are experiencing and reporting symptoms, including intense pressure on the body, particularly around the head, throat, and heart, so much so that one becomes concerned it might be a physical health crisis.
My first go-to after experiencing extended periods of pressure on my system is to drop into the field and ask the question, What is this?
Even as I am writing now, it occurs to me that the pressure itself is non-physical communication, as in the proverbial ask by higher realm beings, beings I am not yet calibrated to, presenting as pressure on my energy system.
Last week, especially, the extreme pressure was finding me feeling something was truly amiss, so I did the above: ask. What came through was reassuring.
First flowed forth the melodic Light Language, soft and flowing that always accompanies such transmissions:

We come in peace, my daughter. You are experiencing the impact of electromagnetic radiant waveforms interacting with your consciousness field. Like a barrier reef where life teams with flora and fauna, you too are experiencing new life of a different kind.
Measure your heart space with yet more tenderness than a gentle caress from a beloved. We are one. Yet it takes time to calibrate one’s energy field to another, does it not?
Accept the frequencies as they present. Be gentle with your heart, and as you do, know that all is well.
We are here with you, my daughter.
And like cosmic Mother knowing what is in my mind, I hear:
Fret not about your loved one. She is one with God consciousness as she is in creation in her own way.”

CAROL: My take-away on this communication is to pay closer attention to keeping my body well hydrated and move the body more than usual, and of course, take advantage of this opportunity to receive the downloads through more meditation and deep rest,
