The theme for 2023 is Balance. It's all about living your best life because your heart is open and you are actively, manifesting your heart's desire. Added to this year's focus, Staying in the flow. A total of 12 Meetings are held on either the second Tuesday or Wednesday of the month unless otherwise stated. Meetings are 7:00 pm eastern. We use the technology of Zoom, as well as dedicated WhatsApp texting service for encouraging connection and communication between meetings. This provides you with a way to interact via voice and video conferencing, or by phone in the continued intimacy of the Circle.

In addition, as members of the WhatsApp chat, members will have access to 4 live-interactive Q & A Webcasts with Carol t the end of each quarter are included in the annual fee.

The 2023 Upliftment Circle includes: 12 - Facilitated Group Check-ins via Zoom 4 - Live Interactive Q & As A secure WhatsApp group for sharing during the month. Inclusion in a secure email list serve to receive meeting reminders and group emailing.

Each monthly call is recorded and sent via email to members.
