Transcript: Intro and Council Check-in: August 24, 2026

Introduction

Good morning, good afternoon. Today is Tuesday, August 25th, and what a wild ride this summer has been thus far. I took some time to go play and re-cement my relationship with my siblings these past couple of weeks, which was really nice. I haven’t been with them all together since my mom passed in early 2025, and it was just so nice to hear the stories and play.

Right before I left, either someone sent me, or I found a picture of my eleven-year-old self standing next to my father. We were on a vacation going across the western part of the United States. And there I was—all bright and sassy, full of myself, more than likely. But I was very happy, and I was able to go back and really reconnect with my eleven-year-old consciousness. So right before I went on the trip, I said, “Okay, so that’s the heart-set that I’m going to do this trip in.” And I absolutely, thoroughly enjoyed myself in every possible way. I truly became that little kid again. We rode bikes, we played in a pool, and then we got on a very, very big ship and did mindless activities for the pure enjoyment of it.

It took me about a day or so to figure out what that was all about. There was no thinking. There was no problem-solving. There was no introspection about it at all. It was just going from one activity to another—to be entertained, to explore, to swim. This was an enormous ship—in fact, the biggest cruise ship on the ocean. Once I really got that, I just let go. I dubbed that trip “adult summer camp” because I got to be an adult and a little kid all at once.

Then I came back. And of course, it always works that way: when I do something really fun and really big, something else happens. In this case, my ex-husband passed away. Not suddenly, not unexpectedly, but—it was the end of a long journey.

One of the most precious things that occurred is that every Thursday morning, we gather with others in our community for a very early morning prayer circle. On this one particular morning, we were getting ready to take the drive to say our goodbyes to him. But there in the prayer circle at 8:00 a.m., I felt this big rush of energy, and I was suddenly very emotional. I didn’t put it together until an hour later when we were in the car on our way. I got the message that he had transitioned right about the time that we were in prayer—in support of him, the planet, and everyone whose names we were reciting. For me, it was really an awe moment because I recognized, or at least felt, that on some visceral, etheric level, sending prayers to him and my children somehow helped him to release and let go.

As we heard later, his partner kept asking him, imploring him, to hang on until we got there, which obviously wasn’t the case. So there we were, coming back. I was moving from an extended playtime into real-life events—heavy events—and moving right into my private session work and council call, an excerpt of which you’re about to hear.

I’d say that this is life. This is the flow of life. And I’m reminded from very early winter how the Star Elders told us that in August we would feel magnetically pulled down and simply to allow what is. Because once we get into early September to mid-September, everything feels exponentially lighter and brighter. When these kinds of prophetic understandings come through and the guides speak to this in energetic terms, it really is true. We all have individual life experiences, and yet at the same time, it’s the magnetic push and pull that we’re doing as a collective—the influences that are occurring within humanity.

So I’m sharing the excerpt of our last Council call, which happened just a few days ago, with the message that came through. In my rambling these past few minutes, hopefully you’ll be able to discern more of what the guidance is moving forward from a much higher perspective.

Council Check-in: August 24, 2026

CAROL: I have a very tall [being]. I was just asking the being of light, “Who is this?” And I feel that this is a Pleiadian star being. And yet it doesn’t look like one—just a huge beam of light, white light. And I heard Quan Yin. It is a collective voice.

“They’re saying that you need not be worried nor concerned about the human condition. This is a learning ground. This is a playground for souls wishing to come and learn. You are always guided and protected in all that you are and all that you do. We are here to guide you to the points of light. You have come to call these points of light ‘global light centers.’ And we are here to show you, to bring you into the awareness of your God self, and to create the plasma fields that shall emanate from you and grow into a collective grouping, wherein the human form may be revitalized and uplifted into a higher frequency.

“These centers shall be forming as vortices of light, as you know, because you have actively been setting the intention for such, and you have been building and building and building these centers of light in the etheric field. For they are reflective of the cities of light that currently exist in the higher grid systems.

“And there is a great merging that is occurring here within your earthen plane. These mergings of Cities of Light are both above you from a frequency standpoint and in the interior of the earth’s plane of consciousness. We have told this channel, through this channel, many times before that the controllers may dig and create cities beneath the Earth’s surface, but they shall never escape. They shall never escape the light that shall emanate from deep within the earth.

“There shall be an implosion of light that shall correct the rotational spin of the earth. We shall not allow this precious blue planet to fractionalize or to explode as it did in part before.

“Many of the great and ancient cities are still submerged in bits and pieces, only to be gleaned from a lost city perspective. The cities of light are thorough in nature, and they shall become terra firma, if you will, in your near future. You are to recognize that the best of what you have set your intention toward has already been manifested and is awaiting your safe arrival. You are here because we have sent you here, and you have agreed to come to this earth plane to be of highest service. And there are many others around the world that are in service also.

“We have shared with you before that you are a meta star. It is the purity of your heart that creates the formation of this meta star. All of the formations, all of the visuals, and all of the imaginings—because you love humanity so deeply and you love the earth even more. We say that as you are recognizing and as you are creating, and as you are growing, it shall be your beloved blue planet that shall survive. She has her own evolutionary cycle in which she has been working toward for eons. We say also that there are star systems that are quite aware of her shimmering and shaking as she adjusts to her new orbital spin.”

Humanity shall survive. And we have said before also that not all shall survive. This is the way of life upon this planet. It is the time of great upshifting, and it is, as this channel has said, a time, a nexus—a moment where each soul on this planet is called to make a choice: the choice to ascend, or the choice to stay stuck and mired in the polarity of the illusion of separation. We say to you also that the controllers do not have the power that they perceive themselves to have. They have built structure. Yes, this is quite true. And yet they have made a pact with the devil. They have made a pact to divide and separate, to control and to hoard.

This shall not be the program for this planetary system, and specifically, this Earth plane of consciousness is one of generosity and equanimity. It is that all are to be honored, all are to be appreciated, and all beings everywhere are to gain access to this earthbound experience as they so desire. It shall not become a prison planet, nor shall it be quarantined so that others will have been left out. We say that we are the guardians of this earthen plane who are speaking to you now, and we shall guide you. We shall guide you as your heart is pure, with your intention that all shall be liberated—spirits on this planet. And we say that as you are guided to go from place to place to place, know that you are protected and know that all is truly well.”

MS #136: The Time of Action — A Council Check-In Excerpt

Hello, Carol Fitzpatrick here. Today is August 10th, and I’m so happy to be back. I’ve been away on travel, and I thought it would be really interesting to share an excerpt from our council check-in. We do these calls as a group in our community every fourth Sunday, and we’ve been doing them since 2009, after I received a downloading of light—a direct transmission from the Star Elders. The basic message was twofold: first, take command of my vessel, and second, fulfill my global mission of establishing 32 Global Light Centers around the planet in energetically significant locations. Since that time, we have been traveling as a group, doing leyline activations and focusing on taking the next steps according to the inner direction that we receive. In these monthly meetings, we tune in, we listen, and we receive our instructions.

What has been happening more and more is the direct knowing of what is happening in the world and what to be looking out for—how to be prepared for the coming changes. I share this excerpt with you in the spirit of service. May it help you to also be prepared.

TRANSCRIPT:

CAROL: Let’s just take a moment. I want to give thanks, first and foremost, for each and every one of you—for month after month, showing up to do the work, infusing light. So take a moment, calling upon the Star Elders, the master teachers and guides, to be with us and to be fully present with us here today.

This is the opening of the gateway of the New Way Forward of the New Earth Matrix, where we experience absolutely delightful surprises—earth-changing shifts in our consciousness. August is meant to be, from what I could tell, very dramatic, with many things unfolding all the way into September. I want to set that intention into the field so that if there’s anything at all that we need to be aware of as a collective consciousness, let it be known and shown to us so that we can proactively upshift the frequencies. If there are spikes in the field that impact not only us individually or our mission, but also the people of the world, let us know.

Please feel free to share as things come up, but I’ll go ahead and get us started here. I heard and saw Pleiadian star beings, beings from Sirius A, Lyra. These are the warrior types coming in, and just now I saw a huge, Viking-like warrior image coming at me. They’re accompanied by the words: “Get ready, get ready for battle.” They don’t mean battle like madness or meanness or like you’re pursuing something. It’s like, put your armor on. That’s perhaps the best way to say it. Put your armor on—the armor of God.

They’re saying,

GUIDES: The armor of God protects you. The armor of God guides you. You are never to misunderstand or misrepresent who you are and what you are to the world at large. You are to know who you are and what you are as light expressing, and your inner sanctum, your inner heart, is precious. You don’t need to protect your inner sanctum. You are here, and we are here with you. You are to stay in the light. You are to stay in the tunnel of light and grow the plasmic field around you wherever you are, and we shall be here with you.

You are to fortify the Merkaba that touches not only your earth star but also your soul star. You are to recognize that this is not the time of activation—this is the time of action, a follow-through of not just planting the seed but stepping, stepping on the earth, being firmly grounded in your power. Recognize that the way forward is to move with ease and grace as you stay aligned. They are showing me, like Moses walking through a wall of water as the sea parts, or walking through a wall of fire—the illusion of fire or danger or harm—but you walk through it anyway because your heart, your spirit, as you receive it in the heart center, tells you and shows you what it truly is.

And they’re saying:

GUIDES: We are showing you many things. We are teaching you many things. You are to engage in the anti-gravitational field that shall be present in your world, and you are not to be afraid. You are not to feel as though harm shall come to you, because it shall not be allowed. This shall not be the case at all. You shall recognize that as the sea shall part—they’re really talking about frequency—as the sea shall part, you shall be shown the way forward. We shall be there with you.

There are others here who are ready to support you. You are to maintain the bonds of your brethren, of the promises that were made to you before this incarnation. You are to remain steadfast in your resolve to follow through. There shall be many who shall not want to be on the planet or to follow through. But you are to bear witness—simply to bear witness—and hold these souls in a deep state of appreciation. The pressures on human consciousness are only going to intensify until such time that there shall be a breaking away. It is this time now that we speak to you—this time of breaking away, like an egg cracking, the yolk coming out, separating. Like the wheat being separated from the chaff.

As you recognize the reality of your life and living, you are to understand your purpose. We have heard your request, your intention for knowing your purpose in this particular incarnation.

Some of you are here to model the new way forward. Others are warriors. Warriors are to neutralize fear and anger as a fuel or driving force. Your power is to come from the zero point, as a source being aligned with and listening to your source code activating within you. You are here to blossom into flowers at the harvest and to follow through into the harvest of your life. You are here to usher in the new era of the human race, and you are to adhere to that zero point frequency that does indeed guide you.

This is no less a challenge for you because you must sometimes counteract your human nature, which wants to be fearful, wants to hide, wants to run away, wants not to speak up. And yet we are schooling you to speak up, to serve your higher nature—the voice of reason and the voice of inner power. Love is the ultimate power as you speak, and yet you are never to interfere with another’s path. You are merely to fully awaken others as you hold steady in your own heart and in your own path, for they are guaranteed a measure of choice as you are.

We have told you many, many times that you shall ferret the way for the children, for the children have been suppressed. The souls coming into this council now are children of prophetic understanding, and they have codes of light embedded within their DNA that shall help the others here that are more fully activated. And yet they have not completely connected to their earthbound mission because they lack the higher calling, the higher vision, or the DNA that brings them. Even those you might call teachers or innovators now are emulating new Earth frequencies, but they do not have them in their DNA. They do not have them activated. You shall know these as they speak because you will hear it in their voice. They are wanting to emulate current scientific tendencies or social science in this manner. And yet you shall be called at times to minister, to hold steady, to hold the light for these individuals, for they know not what they do. They know not that they lack the full picture. It is heart coherency that we speak of, and this is what you have been prepared for all these years in the way that you have been tenacious in your effort to uphold the highest frequencies.

This is why we are able to speak with you and to bring the codes of light to you. We are looking for those open channels, those open containers of collectives. These codes cannot be held by merely one person, one soul. They must be held by a collective. We have also told you that all are one, and this is quite true. You are held in a very, very high state of awareness as a collective monad—a collection of souls coming into deep oneness. This shall be like a fireball on the earth plane of consciousness and shall entrain the others, and yet it shall not come without chaos. Your world is about to be turned upside down in terms of humanity’s understanding of what God consciousness is and is not.

You are here to reawaken within yourself the fire, the passion for service in the way that God consciousness presents within your own heart. Pay attention to the visions and the knowings. Hear the voice of God within you, and stop the questioning. Stop doubting yourself. Stop trying to convince yourself that you must be like the others in your world. You are not like the others. You were never meant to be like the others. You have never been like the others. You are beings of light. Your DNA has been activated from very young. You know this because you remember things—you remember the visions. Perhaps you would have been chased or hunted down, which is why you became very good at hiding, trying to get away, trying to play small. But this time is over. This danger has long been over. Now it is time, because while projection has always been there, protection is very clear within you. You have been fortified, and there are warriors here with you to bring about a very clear vision and a clear understanding of your most immediate next step: to reclaim fully your power and to let go of the last vestiges of doubt and insecurity about who you are. Begin to clear the path in front of you so that you can indeed take the next step.

We say to you that as you are recognizing and creating in this manner, know that all is quite well.

[A very tall Palladian star being appears—the being I usually see when I’m in the lives between the lives, where decisions are made about our incarnations and the infusion of light and higher frequencies that activate our star DNA. It’s almost like a flushing away of fear, doubt, and indecision.]

CAROL: They’re saying, basically, enough is enough for all of us. Because of our mission, because of what is now—it’s not just on the horizon; we’re in it, we’re in the mix of it. It’s like a river with many different colors. Every river has a drop-off and an undertow, and every river has a waterfall. We’re to recognize the path forward through the heart and to really let go of all that mind stuff and be done with it. That’s their message. And easier said than done, of course, because we work in a contextual framework of our families, our friends, and all of that. But they’re saying the time of being comfortable and being human has ended now. It doesn’t matter about your desire to be comfortable. You’re going to be free. We’re claiming victory over our human nature so that we can live as very liberated beings.

The reason they are being so strong in their message today is because it’s important. Many of us are being given very clear gifts, and these gifts are not of this world. They come from other worlds, from where we’ve come from in many cases. In other cases, you’re being gifted with a new master teacher to guide you, to help you entrain to those higher frequencies so that you can receive these gifts. They may be clearer vision, inner sight, inner knowing, a higher version of the somatic or clairaudience. But it’s not of this world.

They’re saying we’re to be attuning our frequencies by anchoring into the earth, of course, but it’s the inner earth frequencies that are supporting us, and it’s the higher frequencies so that we are ready to bring in the star technologies through this container.

They’re also saying that we’ve been told many times to focus on the children, the innocence of the children, the playfulness of the children. Transformation shall come through the consciousness of water and the neural network of this planet—through the trees. As technology shifts, as it completely goes by the wayside in the way it’s currently laid out, the controller types of this world will try to control our minds, but they will never gain access because they don’t have access to this frequency.

Many people will be controlled through the mind. And yet there are star groups around the world, positioned in very specific geographic nodes, that are amplifying light. There are many groups now that have done their inner work and are gathered together so that we are building a very high-frequency heart coherence grid. These controller types don’t even know what that is. They can’t get to it. This is the New Earth Matrix of consciousness, and we are to fully step into that. Know that this is our new earth, terra firma, what we stand on, what we listen to. It’s lighter and brighter and has nothing to do with the laws of cause and effect. It has everything to do with spontaneous manifestation, fueled by love—pure-hearted, zero point, spontaneous, without attachment to outcome. Love. That’s how we know it. That’s how we recognize it. That’s how we recognize one another.

They’re saying this is the time, and you must choose. You must choose between that or this. The time of going back and forth is over; the door has really shut. Those who are still on the other side will get tossled around by these energies. But those of us on the other side, those still sort of being in that nervous-Nelly kind of zone—they’re telling us, and I feel like these are our cosmic parents saying, “Okay, children, just stop it. Just stop it. Stop playing, stop play-acting.”

You know who you are. It’s that kind of energy. It’s not mean. They’re not admonishing us. They’re just trying to get through to us. The time is now. Everything is set up. The new way forward is set up. It’s arrived; it’s here. We have much work to do in terms of this spontaneous manifestation, this way of manifesting. There are many, many others—a whole network of others like us who are also in that space. Some are a little further along than others, but it’s sort of like this ebbing, glowing entrainment that’s happening. They’re stepping in and saying, “Let’s just do the darn thing. Let’s get there.”

So I’m going to be quiet now and be in the energy with everyone. It’s actually very, very joyful. And yet I will say it’s quite decisive. The message I would say, and what I’m feeling in my body, is: no more insecurity about this. Be in it fully. When I say this, it’s the heart. It’s allowing the heart, the knowing, to guide us. The more we do that, the less the mind miasms and the less the back-and-forth stuff occurs. The energy, the level of clarity becomes crystal clear. There is softness and gentleness in all of that too, because it has a very different energy imprinting than the minefield that we live in with humanity.

So I’d love to hear how you all are experiencing this transmission and your thoughts.

I’m hearing the word clarity. Clarity is important for each of us—deep, deep, deep honoring and a sense of love that the Creator has for each and every one of us. No one is more or less than the other.

I get this because in the mapping and the private session work I’ve been doing, I’ve noticed trends. When I start hearing from vision holders in other parts of the world about what’s happening—how they’re building, purchasing land, coming together in their collectives—we’re all being sort of prompted, not pushed, but prompted to go into this new wave of creation. Some of us are here simply to hold space for all of that cultural, creative stuff to take place. Others are meant actually to be moved about and self-actualized.

If you’re getting into roles of facilitation or service roles, working with children, or being in community, it’s now giving you the inner prompting to step into your more active role. The being role is very, very clear now. It’s the doing role that they’re talking about.

Morning Session #135: July 20, 2026

Good morning, good morning. It’s a beautiful day here in Virginia, and I’m so excited to jump back into my schedule this week. It’s been a really fascinating time of being away.

I’ve mentioned before about getting the really deep rest, and I’ve been marveling at the European way—which is taking a month to six weeks off at a stretch, oftentimes in summer. The rhythms there are to completely disconnect from your work life and be in rest, rejuvenation, and play mode with your family and friends. I got a taste of this by semi-completely disconnecting from all my usual routine. I dropped a layer of my activity while continuing to keep up with the Sacred Circles and the writing, and so on and so forth. It was very interesting to hear the observations of my son as we were driving back to the airport to say our goodbyes.

He was talking about how much time I spend conversing and communicating in whatever way that is—whether verbally or in writing. And of course, that pretty much is my nature. I remember when I was probably in my 30s, still living at the farm, as I would call it, raising two young children and going through a divorce after receiving my dear John letter. I found myself with a friend who took me to this beautiful lady who was teaching or practicing intuitive processes.

At some point, to demonstrate her abilities or to teach us, I guess, she asked everyone to put an object in a small basket as we passed it around. I put my wedding ring in there, and when she picked up my ring, she simply and quietly said, “I would like to speak with this person after the session is complete.”

I went up to retrieve my ring and introduced myself, and she went into probably the next 45 minutes of unbroken dialogue, telling me everything about my life—what had happened, what was occurring currently, and what was going to happen potentially if I stayed the course. She spoke of “spikes in the road,” as I’ve come to call them, which are choice points that present to us. It was such a blown-away kind of moment, especially as she described my future contribution to the world.

At the time, I was in a part-time, fledgling work life of graphic design and growing a business in the region. The idea of speaking in front of people was nonsensical to me. I certainly was all about the design work and serving clients, but the idea of speaking in front of people or being a public speaker was just outlandish—and actually very intimidating.

But she said, “Oh no, you are going to be speaking, speaking, speaking in your work, serving in the way that I serve.” I just couldn’t quite process that at the time. So that’s all to say: we are in our moment, and people cross our path that redirect us in such positive ways.

Of course, it only continued from there. I went from being totally immersed in my work and trying to survive my circumstances to being invited into a different spiritual circle than what I was accustomed to. I think it really got my attention. When you first come upon something extraordinary and out of the ordinary, your mind doesn’t exactly click in and get with the program because of everything else that’s happening—the overwhelm that is occurring.

But at that time, for whatever reason, I really paid attention. I came back to her talks, her lectures, and her sharing. She was really quite a remarkable channel, I must say. And this was during the time that Spirit was showing me my path forward, which I would never have even understood. But it was like a seed—a very bright seed planted in my consciousness.

Of course, other people around me would deliver messages to me and step into my life to support what was happening. I have really come to call these “earth angels.” They are individuals who have a knowing and just step forward into your life to help you, to guide you, to simply be there for you.

I specifically had a person I met because, after meeting this remarkable channel through one of my employees, I started going to a Science of Mind church house at someone’s home. And there again, it was this person saying, “Well, what about this? Would you like to come to a potluck supper over here?” The very first person I met when I walked through the door became like a mother to me—a second mother—at such an incredibly tumultuous time of my life.

That’s all to say: here I am, recounting my past learnings in terms of the catalysts that were in my life at that time. As I came back to work after such a deep rest this past month and began my sessions, I met and channeled for others in the way that this beautiful soul first channeled for me—to get me moving in a different direction and to give me the help and support I needed.

And so there I was, in service to others, just absolutely marveling at what a loving God we have and how much help, how much support from the Angelics, from our ancestors, from the earth angels that so deeply love us and simply want us to be happy in order to fulfill our purpose.

So this is all to say, this morning, as I reflect upon all the beautiful flowings of life and how we get from point A to point B and back again, I want to say: pay such close attention to the heart’s promptings and the people that cross our paths, especially when you might find yourself totally at a crossroads or in a quandary.

There are people, especially in today’s world, so many of us are opening wide open to our intuitive senses or our way of communicating through subtle body communication. In fact, the circle that’s going on now—the Practice Circle—I’m so pleased to hear how folks are doing after having taken the course.

The most magical thing about connecting to that passion that drives you to create great things big and small is the people that come into your life as you do. There are those who cheer you on, pick you up and lift you high into the air. These are the people who step into your life. They appear when you most need it and least expect it. They just love to help you celebrate the victories and soothe the heart in all manners of being.

Your life is enriched by the many connections you make with the most amazing people you meet along the way. You can probably recall a few of them right now. That person over there, the one who stepped in at just the right time, the one who gave you an open ear, a leg up, the one who said, “Yes you can. I know you can do it. Now you know”.

Years ago at one of our first retreats, a community of souls gathered to anchor the light into their hearts and souls. After the weekend was over, several people approached me and told me that just the week before they had decided that they were going to back out. They were in such a funk that they didn’t even want to be around other people. But something nudged them on. During the weekend, the right person sat next to them and they received the answers to the very puzzle that had them feeling so down.

More importantly, each one expressed that they had finally met their soul family, people who understand them, fully accept and embrace them and this transformed their lives. They marveled at having experienced the kind of connection in the context of community that they’d been yearning to experience for years.

It struck me in that moment that our human nature resists what our soul holds the desire to experience. Our earth angels show up at the right and perfect moment to help bring us through the maze of confusion. In your own version of life on the planet, that special something that works to transform your life is ultimately the feeling of connection. You can’t help but feel a sense of family or a part of something bigger than even your dreams when you are feeling loved, honored and recognized for the gift of heart that you are. The expression of kindness and compassion is the key to any transformation.

After you awaken, you’ll find yourself in the midst of conversation or watch as others show up in your life to listen and gain perspective from something you have learned. Whether you are called to formalize your role of sharing your heart with others, doesn’t matter. Just follow the inner promptings and allow yourself to receive the blessing of sharing your wisdom or carrying out an act of kindness.

There is no such thing as competition and we all get what we desire because there’s no such thing as lack—only unlimited potential. That’s the real magic. As you step back for just a moment, you are aware of the grand tapestry of life.

It’s the loving with an open heart that keeps you in the flow and brings you so much joy. It’s the gratitude for all those blessings you have received, and continue to take note of. Your heart is now open wide and you get it: It’s in the giving that you receive. Like a flower that opens to receive nourishment from the sun, so too, do you open your heart. As you give back to the universe of life, you receive this blessing right back.

The blessing doesn’t come the way that you give. Instead it comes to you in fulfillment of your deepest desire—the ultimate fulfillment of your dream is the joy of sharing your journey with others. You’ve allowed yourself to trust the flow enough to open your heart and here you are. Grace.

Know that the river of life flows through you as you are allowing the blessing to reveal itself to you as you are guided to share your own special brand of passion with others. It’s as if life is continually coming full circle but in fact it’s more like a spiral. Life only gets better as you share your joy with others. The more you let go and allow your heart to lead, the greater the adventure becomes. The joy of the journey leads you toward a deeper sense of fulfillment as you give back and receive the ultimate blessing of love reflected back to you.

MORNING SESSION #134: Transmission occurred on July 7, 2026 / posting this writing July 11.

What to say but to report what is being mirrored by close friends and my extended spiritual family are experiencing and reporting symptoms, including intense pressure on the body, particularly around the head, throat, and heart, so much so that one becomes concerned it might be a physical health crisis.

My first go-to after experiencing extended periods of pressure on my system is to drop into the field and ask the question, What is this?

Even as I am writing now, it occurs to me that the pressure itself is non-physical communication, as in the proverbial ask by higher realm beings, beings I am not yet calibrated to, presenting as pressure on my energy system.

Last week, especially, the extreme pressure was finding me feeling something was truly amiss, so I did the above: ask. What came through was reassuring.

First flowed forth the melodic Light Language, soft and flowing that always accompanies such transmissions:

CAROL: Good morning, friends and dear readers. Carol Fitzpatrick here. I just wanted to say that it’s quite a rarity for me to be able to take time off — just to change my rhythm and be in total relaxation, play, downtime, and regrouping mode. And I chose to do so for the occasion of my son coming back east. He lives in Santa Barbara, and I have to say, it’s been absolutely delightful — as busy as we have been, which is really quite interesting, I think, in terms of how my life is on a normal basis, or I should say, a regular basis.

Others have always called me a workaholic. I don’t see it that way at all. I have a particular rhythm as I have moved through my life, and it is one of service. To step away from that for a couple of weeks to a month has been very interesting — a chance for me to see and analyze my current rhythm. I’ve always been aware of when my consciousness seems, as I call it, full or overloaded from doing my work as a channel. That’s the time for me to step away and relax a bit — to take some time, a few days perhaps, to regroup. But to have this more unbroken stretch of time to go into deep rest and reset has been absolutely groundbreaking and essential, in my view.

I feel my brain is being rewired to accept a different kind of frequency. I’ve noticed in my husband’s comments that he’s been experiencing the new frequencies coming into the planet very intensely as well. We’ve become a house of relaxed activity — being very methodical, while at the same time, when the body needs to power down, we accept that. We allow that.

And yesterday was no exception. We ran a lot of errands and free-formed all day, but by late afternoon, I could hardly hold my head up. And so I surrendered to that and went into a deep sleep for a while. I find myself feeling so much more balanced and harmonized this morning. So there is something to resetting the bio-rhythms of the body and de-stressing, I must say.

Next week begins my inroads back into my more usual pace — doing channeled sessions, writing, delivering courses, and facilitating sacred circles, which I love all of it, I must say. And with that being said, I continued through these last few weeks — stepping in, starting up, and introducing the Sacred Circles that are ongoing on the Amplify site. It’s always so good to see community and feel the light. I must say, the prayer circle in particular — Thursday mornings — is just so beautiful and so expanded in light, I think in part because it comes early enough in the morning, when everything is fresh and the day is on the upswing, with everyone coming together.

So anyway, this is all to say hello, hello, hello — and I have a lot to share coming out of this period of rest as we continue. Thank you so much for listening, and bye for now.s

Post #132: Council Check-in — Excerpt: June 28, 2026

CAROL: Happy July 1st. The following recording was done on Sunday, June 28th. This is a council call that we engage in every fourth Sunday of the month. It’s a way that we stay connected as a group and come together to intuit and to listen to the Star Elders imparting understanding, wisdom, and knowledge as to what is ours to be and do concerning our global mission of establishing a New Earth Matrix of oneness, especially focused on the 32 Centers of Light.

I’ve isolated the part of the meeting where it’s the intuiting that I’m doing, to protect the privacy of others. Enjoy.

## Excerpt:

I’ll register that. I saw magnetic north hovering somewhere over that Aleutian Island chain, just north of Alaska. I saw a line flowing diagonally down across the North American continent, down the eastern side of South America, anchoring into—not Antarctica—but some point to the east of Antarctica, closer to the middle of the ocean between Antarctica and the southern tip of Africa. And I just heard: magnetic pole shift. The poles are shifting. They’re on the move at this point, and as the Earth goes into a bit of a wobble effect, they’re causing the magnetic waveforms of this planet to begin to shift on her axis—to begin to change the point of spin, I’m going to say, is what I’m feeling and seeing. And I heard, “Get ready, get ready, get set, here we come,” kind of thing.

The knowing that guides us is to keep our ear to the ground, if you will—to be very grounded and purposeful in nature. I mean, I’m sitting here looking out at the beautiful woods as it is, but it just feels like the magnetic force of this planet is to light us up by pulling us down, by us focusing on groundedness and staying present. And what I’m getting is not to project our thoughts into the future. At this point, we need to stay moment to moment to moment, because so much is changing. So much is shifting. And I do feel the magnetic pull, the magnetic force. I’m seeing it—not feeling it as much as I’m seeing it—as a waveform pushing down, causing us all to want to be magnetically pulled down more. And to Natalie’s vision of the roots in the center of the Earth, or the neural networks lighting up—that makes a lot of sense, given what I’m seeing, because the groundedness, the energy, has actually already been transferred to the Earth.

So the balancing of this magnetic north-to-south ley line actually happens upwards. You can imagine, if you’re looking at the globe, it’s like a nexus. As the ley line comes from magnetic north in the Aleutian Island chain and goes to the east of Antarctica, the balancing that I’m being instructed—or shown—that we’re to focus on is the northeast: to project our energy up into the northeast. And the anchor point actually looks like someplace like Japan or the Philippines. They’re saying the level of seismic activity that is going to be experienced by the Earth is, in our view, going to appear to be catastrophic.

It’s going to be, what the sources say, a sort of global extinction-type event in the sense of the level of fright and insecurity—really, among people everywhere. It’s that spike of fear that you feel in the moment of something so tremendously dramatic happening.

And I’m hearing that our work is to focus on the northeastern corridor, all the way up into as far as, say, Greenland, and as far down as—again, I don’t have a globe in front of me, but it looks like the endpoint here is that tectonic plate where three tectonic plates come together, around that area of Japan and Indonesia. They’re saying that as insecure, I’m going to say, as those tectonic plates are in that region of Japan, that region is actually to be acting as a stabilization factor in all of this.

And they’re saying that we, as a force of light in this collective, have the capacity—because we’re not tied to outcome—simply to put our focus and our awareness on this trajectory of this dynamic of north to south, and it’ll begin to balance and stabilize this earthen plane. They are saying that there is a new level of warfare coming by, I’m going to say, the superpowers, where they have in the works the targeting of fault lines as an act of war—to destabilize entire regions, to accelerate this. And they’re saying we have the power, working with the higher realm beings, to mitigate this.

They’re saying, again: no attachment to the outcome. Just simply see this as completely neutralized. And they’re saying this is what our August and September look like. We will know the signs because of the—they’re saying—lexicon, the rhetoric that you start to hear on the airwaves: the stepped-up, war-like language talking about the instability of certain regions of the world. And so they’re saying that we focus our awareness with the Lotus in our heart. Imagine where that goes. The Monday Lotus amplification group—you guys especially can really lead the way on this and invite people to place it in their energetic form or system where they see it to be, especially focusing on these two endpoints of magnetic north and south.

They’re saying the waveform is—how do you say it—the aggression, or the aggressors, wanting to bring great harm and instability to these various regions. They’re saying this has been underway for some time, simply to make it appear as though it’s a natural instability factor—which it’s not. And so this has the mark of off-planet interference with earthbound cooperation.

And they’re saying that, again, we have great power and wisdom, because it’s simply pure-heartedness—that we wish the best for all of humanity. And so we’re not to engage in warfare, if you will. We’re simply to see all to be in perfect balance and harmony for the greatest good of all. And they’re saying that we will know which way this goes by sometime in mid-to-late August. The waveform was already set into motion back in—it looks like—November or December of 2025. And we’ve been working with the light forces to mitigate this eventual crescendo, which happens in August and crescendos into early to mid-September. It could manifest through the physicality of the human players in all of this, because it is warfare. But right now, they’re saying, it’s underway. The forces are underway.

I see these—it looks like atomic submarine types with their missiles. So it would become a force that would cause tidal waves and tectonic plate instability at key locations. And they all know where these places are. So this, on the surface, sounds like a heavy topic for us to consider, but energetically, we do know what to do. And so Dottie’s absolutely right on this: we have been given this assignment. And our assignment is simply to focus with clear heart and neutrality, to see all to be in perfect balance and harmony.

MORNING SESSION #131: June 30, 2026

Mark and I were taking a respite near Monticello, Jefferson’s home place, in May. We stayed in a lovely home, and one of the days we returned to Monticello. I hadn’t been there since my days of living on the farm nearly three decades ago, and they certainly have done a lot to it. The historians have reconstituted more of the way the house was. They have done a tremendous amount of research into the history of Jefferson’s beginnings as a 21-year-old, having been bequeathed this spot of land on a hill.

So he started off in a one-room house, he and his wife, who was very petite. At the very last of the look-see tour, Mark and I ended up in that little one-room place where she bore six children in her early marriage. She couldn’t have been more than five feet tall, just very petite. What was curious was what came after: apparently, on her deathbed, she asked Jefferson to promise that he would never marry and give their kids a stepmother.

Little did she know at the time that all but one of her children would not survive. So, to read that Sally Hemings was Jefferson’s wife’s half-sister was pretty astounding. I would imagine that even though they came from the same father with different mothers, they probably looked quite similar. And apparently Sally Hemings, with her jet-black hair, by all appearances, was raised the same as her sister. She was raised in colonial society and had the same good graces, manners, and so on. So the picture of him not marrying, but instead turning to his deceased wife’s half-sister, started to make a lot of sense — and, of course, the sign of the times back then, with the male population being the all and be all.

At the time, she was just 14 years old. The relationship is widely believed to have started when both were in Paris France where. Jefferson was serving as the US minister. Hemings, being the half sister of Jefferson’s late-wife Martha, Jefferson owned Hemings and could have exerted coercive control over her life. My sense is it was a softer landing than that, given the connection to his late wife. And in France, Hemings was considered a free and equal person to Jefferson. That began their relationship. I believe she bore him either six or eight children, all of them surviving.

Outside of seeing the grounds in his brilliance and his astuteness when it comes to studying history and the management of his farm — having to be away so much to birth a nation with the other Founding Fathers — his estate obviously went into bankruptcy.

So I left that visit with a couple of things. One is that the heart is always looking for companionship; no matter what is happening in life, companionship and connection is where it needs to land. Of course, I have rankled with secrets, having to keep family secrets and other people’s confidences, and of course that was a big secret. It was an open secret to anybody who visited Jefferson, because Sally Hemings was right there in the home, was the mistress of the house, and everyone knew it. And yet she was an enslaved being by the standards of the day.

The other is the passion for service. Jefferson had a deep passion for creating a society that was more equitable, and how strange it was that he lived the life he did, because of the way he lived and the conditions he lived in. And yet he bore children of mixed race. Apparently, these children appeared more white than Black because they had only a quarter of their mother in them, who was biracial. And yet they were enslaved. What a strange juxtaposition of life that must have been — to actually live your life out with, I’m guessing, someone that you loved, and yet be bound by the rules of society.

I’d like to even now go back and find some of his writings to see if he expressed his sentiments about this topic. And I walked away from the visit with all his ingenuity — his way of thinking, his way of creating, his way of building, his way of inventing — realizing that he was a product of his time, and that he really did rise to his own occasion on many fronts.

In our time, we’re all grappling with a radically changing society and the norming that goes with it. And hopefully we all rise to our own occasion and recognize that love is love is love is love, and that we recognize the level of dedication one must put one’s heart and soul into if we are to accomplish what our soul has come here to create. I’m so aware that the soul is looking for connection, is looking to realize greater degrees of compassion, while the personality self is here to position ourselves in that space and time frame of life — to learn exactly that, and to remember who we are and what we are.

So I celebrate my favorite Founding Father in Jefferson, with both his faults and his quirks, and yet his incredible courageousness, his bravery, and his eloquence in the way that he articulated the way forward for the rest of us for generations to come. So, in all of this — happy 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation.

And so be it. And so be it, and so be it.

MORNING SESSIONS #130 June 24, 2026 / Posted June 27

CAROL: Yesterday I accompanied my son to see his father, who is not well. In fact, really not well. It was a really interesting dynamic because I have not been face-to-face with my ex for quite some time by choice. And of course, we have two children from this marriage, and the kids are now grown and full-fledged adults. Yet it seems like the fallout from that time frame continues to oftentimes override or at least influence our current-day reality. Not often, but it does rear its ugly head from time to time.

So when my son asked me to accompany him, I immediately said, of course, I will. I felt like this was going to be a tough visit for more than a few reasons. And so off we went, and it was a beautiful drive, I have to say, through the Virginia countryside. My internal ask of the guides and of myself was. What is mine to do, what is my role? I recognized it was simply to hold sacred space and to support my son.

So when we arrived, and all through the visit, I have to say, I did exactly that. I did find that there were times when I wanted to step in and be more, I’m going to say conversational, just to bring awareness to the present moment in terms of whether it be a health condition or how my ex-husband was experiencing his health issue.

We both, my son and I, got through the experience. We left, I believe, with an understanding of life and how life is going to proceed from here on out, and how best to hold sacred space as this person transitions from this world into the upper worlds.

At the same time, I came home, and as much as I felt like I had done a service of sorts and supported his life partner, who is his caretaker, I woke up this morning feeling like I had really given so much of my power away to someone who didn’t understand, didn’t, how do you say? The best I can say on this is it was a waste of my life force to put forth a sense of injustice or ill will toward another human being needlessly.

That act of being unhappy because of my perception of life in a certain way did not only not serve me, but also did not serve my kids or anyone else around me. And when you see someone in such a compromised position after being such a force in life, it’s pretty humbling.

And I have to say that I felt absolutely no animosity whatsoever, nor did I feel like I have any unfinished business. But I do have a sense of incredible gratitude for Spirit gifting me with this soul in my life, both early on and as I went through life to learn.

I feel like, because of such an adversarial relationship, a difficult relationship, that I used to escape, early in life, a very challenging situation, that not only did the relationship serve its purpose, but all of the various qualities that I worked through—learning that I worked through—would never have happened without that. I feel like I’m stronger today because of the adversity. Hopefully, the people around me who saw my behavior. and how I grew, benefited in some way as well. I’m also, on some level, remorseful that I wasted so much time on such challenging dynamics, rather than just getting on with life.

So I want to register that one of my very primary relationships early in my life, I feel, has come to a very gentle and profound close. I feel deep inner peace, and I am so very grateful.

My humble advice to anyone who might have listened to or read this post: Be courageous and stand in your power. Unconditional Love and Acceptance are great ways to liberate your Spirit.
