Subtle Body Communication is an 8-session live pilot program I'm offering beginning Wednesday, March 18, meeting weekly through early May. Each live session is paired with a facilitated, peer-led practice circle — so you're not just learning about subtle body awareness, you're building it in community, between sessions, where it counts.
