The audio includes messages and impressions received from the Star Elders guiding us in support of the GLC mission. The abbreviated transcript has been edited for easier reading, and names have been edited out to protect privacy.
NOTE: Four of us had traveled from Virginia and Colorado to hold sacred space for our friend, the newly declared vision holder for the Lake Tahoe region. This was her first event as a new Global Light Center (GLC), and we were there to support her.
On this first morning, I was shown how what we are about to do relates to the work we organized to do over a decade ago in Hendersonville, North Carolina. And as you will hear or read, two members of our group of four had brought crystals. The first evening, they had set up a crystal configuration representing the work we were about to do. The crystals played a pivotal role as our time together unfolded.

CAROL: I’d like to set the intention that we open the field up this morning to upshift into the highest potential of all of us that have been doing this work over the years, and to honor every single soul that stepped into this creation with us. And that we are divinely guided. And we leave the outcome to that which is of the highest expression for what we’re ready for at this time on behalf of humanity.
I’m connecting with the same star elders that opened the field up when we were here in May, when we were at the lake, and they were saying, “Yes, we are ready for stage two.” The next phase of this endeavor is to open up the field. They’re showing me below the water—in the water—with the beings and the frequencies that have been holding in abeyance for eons. They are now ready to be fully activated for they’re showing me like an equanimity, an equalization of frequency fields, like zones, in order for them to be able to gain access in a free and open way into this reality, into this frequency, and to commune with the trees, to be nurtured by the trees, which is what this area and Jackie’s energy has anchored here.
There’s a lot of attention, I’m going to say, to the depth of the water, the elements, the trees. They’re asking us to consider calibrating our energy fields to the more subtle frequencies of the trees in this area, this region, and to immerse ourselves in the water, whether it’s putting our feet in the water, feeling the soft rain on our bodies. As we connect with the water element, we can also calibrate with the high frequencies that are coming in.
They’re showing me when we were back in Hendersonville, North Carolina, and we sat in the circle, and we facilitated the souls to be able to access [our world] from Inner Earth. They’re saying these are the same souls that we’re communing with. They’re now ready to do their work to help with this whole Earth transition. And the copper lotus at Jackie’s place is really connecting into the interdimensional grids and anchoring, acting as an anchor point.
I’m hearing or looking at the word “freedom.” And they’re saying, “No, it’s not freedom, it’s liberation.” We’re to focus on a total sense of liberation for all beings everywhere on this planet and in all the other inner realms. It’s time. I feel like there’s... what’s being asked of us is an enlivening of the frequency so that nothing is confined. Everything is allowed to find its own perfect harmony and to reside in a coherent field that best represents its highest expression in a very liberated... It’s the unleashing of incredible innovation, creation, and imagination. It’s very optimistic.
Feeling completely untethered by any internal or external structure, perceived structure, or otherwise. Like the limitations that have been placed upon this planet—like a grip hold—are being released. And this is actually our mission right here, right now: to be the conduits for that to occur.
They’re saying the imprinting that we take with us from here, when we’re ready to part company with our friends, is what’s going to carry us forward into running these ley lines from west to east, and the intersecting nodes along the way. Welcome to the big wide world. What fun.
MARK: [Referring to S.] Tomorrow’s gonna be a blast on the lake. I can’t wait to see what you pick up at our little stone circle over there. I think there are lots and lots of fairies over there. And elementals. There’s a big, big pond, and there are beautiful, gorgeous metamorphic rocks that have been scorched by the... seems like some volcanic activity or something. I don’t know, but it's a very special area.
CAROL: I loved being back in the holographic field. When we went to one of the places—we went to Henderson, North Carolina—at some point, we were a circle of people on the floor, and this big hole opened up. And I mean, I felt like I was at the edge of it, looking into it. And D. was in the circle there. I don’t know how many—4 or 5 of us. And it was these souls, like opening up an inner Earth doorway or tunnel. And sure enough, you know, there they are. You know, everything seems to come full circle. But I was right there in the meditation here, back in that place. And now it was... I could feel the light coming in, and it’s just all sort of in a very harmonious way together. Again, the pieces of the puzzle keep coming together here, here, here.
MARK: And right before we went there, Chief Golden Light Eagle, who’s been up to Crestone and he’s done lots of activations around the country... but he was there about a week with his whole entourage in Hendersonville. Or was it Asheville?
CAROL: It was right there where we were.
MARK: Yeah, yeah, it was pretty amazing. But this was one of the retreats that Carol said, “We’re going to be working with these two specific frequencies.” And one was the 532, the New Earth frequency. I wrote the music and I have recorded the music, so we have music that goes with that retreat that holds the vibration of everything that we were doing, you know? But it’s specifically calibrated to that 532 frequency. And there’s another one for 444... 34, 34, 44, 44... something, something like that. For 436 or something like that. But I have it down somewhere. But it is interesting.
CAROL: So what did you get, D.?
D.: Oh. You know, I hold this space and I have the container of Merkaba. And it’s always been this beautiful, enclosed, golden thing with the angels. The wings are the outer structure, and all this light coming in with the crystal and whatever is in the middle. This time, as you were talking about opening up, it kind of dissipated. Instead of the solid-type structure, it became translucent and fluid, and the light that was coming in from Source—it wasn’t just directed at one spot of the earth like I was thinking it was going to California. Now it was the whole Earth globe. This energy was going. And then there was this... the field around the Earth, the net, a net. This energy was being fed into that. That was exciting to me that it was no longer, say, solid. It’s really flexible. And the feeling was like it’s more expansive now. Not just concentrated, but expansive so it can spread.
CAROL: That’s exciting.
MARK: Yeah. Yeah.
CAROL: Yes. What about you, S.?
S.: I love that word “liberation.” I think that’s exactly right. Exactly right. And when you were talking about the Inner Earth in Henderson, I was looking down to see if there were Inner Earth people coming here to help. I didn’t feel any here. I mean, I felt them, but they actually turned their backs saying, “This is not ours to do, but... and we don’t need anything from you.”
And I felt the emptiness of what’s in the box. I really, really felt it. And the trees. The trees have been preparing for this. And they are... they’re ready to be like the midwives. They’re ready to... they’re ready for the birthing. They’re ready to hold the space. They’re there. That what we would call mothering, that community of... they’re ready for all of that. And that’s in a very big area here. Even these trees right here know about it and are ready to participate in it. So it’s like this—not really safety net—but layer upon layer of “we’re ready. We’ll hold this as the ETs get their feet on the ground.”
CAROL: It’s interesting that you say that about the Inner Earth people, because I looked through the hole [portal] that we had opened in Hendersonville, and in looking at this area and beneath the lake, I saw an enormous city of light. But the feeling that I got was, it’s there, it’s there. And as these layers of frequencies start to enliven more, the infusion of that consciousness, that frequency starts to be infused into all that is here. Um, but it’s like it is self-contained right now. It’s not protected. It’s just self-contained by the contrast of the frequencies.
MARK: I was paying attention to the fours. Remember you were talking about four yesterday and how important that was? And so I was watching our configuration, and I kind of looked down, and I was the only one with my legs crossed up, my feet down. It seemed like that was important to ground the energy. But, you know, in the Platonic solids, you have the four elements: earth, air, water, fire. Plus you have ether. And I think we’re holding the four elements for the ether, which is Jackie. That’s the sense that I got—that we’re the pillars, the foundation for her energy, her etheric work to happen. So that’s what I feel that we’re about. We’re actually supporting her and being that energetic pillar in this area. So it’s all perfect. You know, I mean, and look, she’s the one that orchestrated it all too. I always pay attention to who shows up. You know, so there’s four of us that have showed up, plus J.
Setting up a Crystal Configuration
MARK: [Speaking to S.} Are you willing to talk about this configuration? We initiated this configuration last night, and we need input on our intended approach. So it’s kind of in the process of being created, and we’re the creators.
So last night, S. was seeing two of the crystals, being the pole—one below and one above. But she said that to figure out the actual creation of the form, we need to create an intention for it. So I said that’s for us to do... not for us [the two of us] to do, but for all [four] of us to do. So, what do we want to use this for is the question.
S.: Well, I’d say liberation. That’s the word that came in first thing this morning. Not freedom, but liberation.
MARK: You know, when you said liberation, I remembered what that devotee of Sai Baba desired: liberation. And his idea was liberation—liberation from distortion or whatever. But he actually got liberated from the body. He died. So liberation in my mind goes to the... is this mass ascension time? Is this mass people-leaving-the-body time? And is that what this is? This is about liberation so that the masses can get on with what they’re doing. Because she’s been seeing 75% reduction in population since I’ve known her. And that’s right around the corner. And the last thing that you said was by ‘32, that’s going to be done with. And you don’t remember saying that.
S.: Well, I just heard the word “liberation.” So liberation to me is no confinement of any thought, word, or deed.
MARK: Yeah. I don’t know exactly what it means, but I’m just thinking in the context of...
S.: To me personally, it just feels like I’m not internally bumping up against a belief system or a program or something, or I’m just being myself and without needing to be concerned about anything.
D.: And I was getting liberation in a very expansive sense. The whole Earth—Mother Earth herself—being liberated and all the beings within or without being liberated, because we’ve all been confined to our own compartments. So this whole liberation will bring about that harmony that...
S.: I was feeling that. And so I’m saying to myself, what’s my part of that? What’s my internal cosmology? How can I shift that now and honor it as part of the bigger picture?
MARK: I totally align with it. Liberation is good. I’m totally fine with it.
CAROL: What I was sensing is a deep sense of inner peace. I’m just very comfortable in my own skin, being who I am and what I am in the context of the moment. That’s liberation.
S.: Exactly. Past all those to-do lists. Complete. Fully present. Authentic. Within my divine essence.
MARK: Great.
S.: Yeah. Again, I think this is for you.
MARK: Okay. Maybe I’m going to be liberated.
S.: What’s your intention?
MARK: I love the idea of liberation. I suppose I was thinking of how you used it before, and... But the first thing I was thinking of was the liberation of the Inner Earth people who had been stuck down there so that they could get out. However, liberation is experienced on many different levels. Liberation from the forces that have held us totally encapsulated in this very limited frequency bandwidth. So if we can liberate ourselves to connect with the star and the cosmic elders, that would be the best. I mean, I know that’s our purpose here now—actually to create this connection with the rest of the cosmos. So if that’s liberation, I’m all there.
