MS: #103: Wednesday, March 18, 2026
I can always tell when my energetic teachers are pushing me to expand and grow, because I’ll receive their liquid-light, all-is-well kind of directives that feel more like an invitation to expand and grow as I serve. The energy of love and support flows through the downloads of higher guidance as I write each morning. Of late, the verbal check-in that I have come to call Morning Sessions has been taking center stage, while the deeper, more specific guidance continues to flow through the writing.
I suppose the act of listening, receiving, writing—in that liquid-light kind of feeling—has more muscle memory, since I have rarely skipped a morning since 1987. The instruction of the guidance is always specific and clear, accompanied by a holographic image that plays out before me while I am immersed in the energetic downloading of Light.
Then comes the courage to embody the learning by taking a stand—to take a leap of faith—to construct a container, put words to the directives, then call forth those wishing to share in the learning together.
I have never felt myself to be a teacher, because everything I am called to do is to channel, to pay attention to the Star Elders, and to explain to others what I see and feel in their messages delivered to me and through me. My task has always been to describe.
So tonight begins a transition, a blending or harmonizing between the two: channeling and sharing, sharing and mentoring. And I have to admit, I am very excited in a nervous kind of way. I know this is mine to do because of that nervous-Nellie kind of feeling. It is one of anticipation for what is to come. It’s the same feeling as that first book signing, so long ago, when I just knew I was about to meet my Light family—and I did.
So tonight we gather for the first session of Subtle Body Communication, and did I say that I’m excited?!
