Welcome to my personal space, where I share what I’m learning from my energetic teachers in this series of Morning Sessions. Their teachings include a direct transmission, as well as visual, empathic, and telekinetic impressions of what I am receiving. The abbreviated transcript has been edited for easier reading.
NOTE: June 12th started out as an emotionally charged day. It was just two days after we learned of our friend’s passing. In addition, I had also been feeling a very sharp twisting kind of energy still in the body. I felt this projected corkscrew-like energy vortex pierce my right side, just below my rib cage. The energy I was still feeling in my body was separate from my emotions in the aftermath of the news of having lost our friend, but somehow weirdly related.
The session transcript that follows is in two parts, two separate sessions, just an hour apart. Names have been shortened to a single letter for privacy purposes. The audio is not included since the names are spoken.
Today is June 12th, 2025. It's been an emotional couple of days following the passing of our dear friend L. It's so interesting to me to go back and retrace the energetic steps coupled with the actions and the events that have taken place.
When we first heard about our friend's health crisis, we went to the hospital Thursday afternoon, late afternoon, to see her, and she was certainly in distress—thinking and believing and having been told she had pneumonia. And then by Sunday evening, her body gave out, her heart stopping from the stress of the fluid building in her lungs.
Given the knowledge that her family was to have come to visit her Friday morning, which they did, we respectfully did not inquire about her health until Monday. Mark and I both were thinking of her and wanting to check in all weekend but out of respect for her time with her family, we waited. And when we didn't hear anything, Tuesday morning we started sending text messages out to our friend circle, asking for her loved ones' phone contact. Then we got the call a short time later, hearing the news, which took my breath away.
So this is now Thursday, two days later after hearing the news, my emotional body feels scrubbed out. As much as I so completely understand the other side of life to the extent that I've been shown, and accept that there is life after life here on the planet—most certainly—it's still a shock to the system to have your dear friend in your life and then suddenly not.
INTENTION: So I open myself up to receive messages from the divine, from my guides this morning. And I'm also still processing the ‘ping’ out of my system, which felt so uncomfortable and unsettling. It hit me, and I want to make sure that if it's about hurt feelings or jealousy or whatever the case may be on my part, that I clear that from my field.
So with that, I'm hearing the words: "The passing of your dear friend is a testimony to the capacity to love with an open heart. This, dear one, is a being of light. Her magnificence is now with us, and us with you, and you with us. You must understand that there is no separation between the physical and the ethereal. It is all one. The physical vessel is merely a portal for the spirit to come and to dance and to play and to experience the world in physicality.
The divine beings of light that have guided this soul through her journey on earth are celebrating her now in her great returning home. She is in her expanded awareness and having a good laugh about the foibles of her quirkiness, of her shadow-making to stay hidden, and to doubt herself. She's saying, 'I played it well. I played it well.' And she affected—impacted—so many lives wherever she went. It is her greatest joy, even now, that she is being shown, rather than the trail of tears from before, the trail of stars that she left behind in her wake.
Her impact is quite magnificent. You shall recognize that as you are relating, and as you are allowing your heart to grieve the loss of your dear one, you are also to celebrate her graduation from the physical plane of existence. You are to understand that as you are relating, and as you are allowing, and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, that you shall recognize that it is the growth and expansion that we celebrate.
It is also of your choosing to contract or to expand in your own reality, in your own life, challenges and opportunities for growth. It is the question that must be asked of each soul here upon the planet: if it is that you shall reap the rewards of your own heart of hearts as you live fearlessly with an open heart and feel deeply. You shall recognize that as you shall go, and as you shall see, and as you shall fully orchestrate the changes that shall come your way, that we shall be here with you.
It is of your choosing to love those in your circles with an open heart, regardless of their shortcomings, regardless of their emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual blocks; you must love. We say that as you are recognizing and as you are creating, know that all is quite well, you see."
So I'm asking about the energy that came into me like a corkscrew into my right side after seeing a photograph of someone that served as my tormentor much of my early life.
They're saying, "You must understand: love in a higher waveform sees no division. You must shake off these tendencies of projecting separation or accepting separation into your field. You are not that, my daughter. You are light expressing in form. Your yearning to belong to others is quite a misnomer. You are a universal being of light, and you are a radiant star being. You are an emissary of light, sent here to this earthen plane of existence to share love and joy, and to amplify inner peace and prosperity to all beings everywhere.
You are not to play small, nor are you a victim of your own doing or of extended circumstances. This does not play well for you or a powerful being of light, indeed. We say that as you shall recognize, and as you shall create, and as you shall grow, that you shall recognize all is quite well, you see.
Love the people in your world who recognize you, and let the rest go. Do not shadow-shape your way around situations and put yourself in harm's way. Recognize the energies that are there for you and with you in support of you, and do not step into the potholes of life knowingly, believing that perhaps life will change when a pothole is still a pothole. Forgive them, for they know not what they do. This is an understanding to live by. All is well."
MORNING SESSION / Part 2: #35
10:35 am: Mark joins me in meditation
Carol: I just received what I call a "true north spike" into my spine and down my spine. It's like a jolt of puffed air. They're saying, "Yes, we are the Elohim and we are here. We have been waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting to discuss this very issue with you about mortality and immortality.
Your mind wants to determine that there is a beginning, a middle, and an ending to your life here upon the planet. And we say that you have always been here upon the planet, and you have always been here with us. You are multidimensional beings of light. Your consciousness is integral to and a part of the cosmos. The divine mind of God incarnate is how you are choosing to be in your life here in the present moment.
It is your incarnational experience that brings you much solace, and it also brings you a measure of pain and suffering. We must say that it is emotional pain that we wish to speak with you about this morning. We say that as you are recognizing, and as you're creating, and as you're growing into the inner light of God that you are already, we say that the death process, if you will, is merely the spirit discerning its timing for its departure here upon the planet.
However, your mind and your emotional body create a scenario of loss, of misfortune, of trauma around this event. We say to you that this is quite a natural cycling of life which you are experiencing, and yet your mind cannot understand what is and what shall be. We say that as you are recognizing, and as you are allowing, and as you are fully orchestrating the changes that shall come your way, you shall find that your emotional body is merely trying to catch up, if you will, to that which is and that which is becoming, and ultimately that which is transforming.
You are witnessing the beginning, the middle, and the end. And yet the spirit transcends all physical matter. We say that as you are recognizing in this manner of beingness, it is the emotional triggering of loss that your mind conjures up—feelings of abandonment, of being alone, of being left behind. And we say that it is merely your journey to be here on earth, to enjoy all that is and all that is presenting in the present moment.
You are choosing where you wish to be in the present moment, and you are also choosing where you wish to be in your present future moment. And you have chosen where to be in your past prior to this incarnational experience. We say that as you are recognizing, and as you are creating, and as you are growing, know that all is quite well."
So they're really speaking to us about our sense of time. And because we're so focused on the tactile senses, we experience life through our emotional bodies, through connection and attachment. They're saying the interplay between energy systems—between spirits and form—causes us to become very attached to the people, places, and things in our world. We perceive that our safety and security is determined by the presence of these energies that we have become enamored with.
And so they're saying it is a stance of limited perspective, and yet they understand how the emotional body perceives the attachment to feel-good moments in time. And they're saying, "But if you could see what we see, we see that your heart is open, that in your human terms, your heart sometimes feels broken open. This is merely an expansion of where the letting go of the protective devices that are in play, in the way that you perceive your world and your sense of safety and security in your world."
They're saying that as you honor this in your own awareness, it is merely your emotional body causing the mind to perceive reality from a limited perspective—that you cannot see the bigger picture. So they're saying, "Let us celebrate life in its fullness and recognize that the awareness of your loved one is forever present. And yet, as you grieve the loss of your loved one, she is standing right next to you, around you, above you, below you. For she is here with you and aware of your distress. We say that as you are recognizing in this awareness, know that all is quite well."
So they're showing me like the flashing universe, our perception of something is in front of us, and we get connected and attached, and then something's not in front of us, and so we perceive it as loss. And so in the physical world, they're saying the goal in this incarnation is to love with an open heart. But don't get attached to the permanency of the perception that the mind is feeding back to the emotional body. Nothing is permanent; everything is always changing, and it's always a dynamic process of being here on this planet, which is not unique to being on the planet. It's what life is.
The consciousness particles are constantly moving, morphing, changing, shifting, but because we are marching in time with our minds, we are not perceiving. We're not allowing ourselves to pay attention to the forever-changing landscape. Our emotional body gets connected to that which feels good for us, so we do not want that to change. We want that to be the same forever.
They're saying this is why we have a fascination with our movies and our pictures—because we go back in time, and our emotional body is triggered yet again with a flood of feel-good, or it's triggered with a sense of loss.
And so they're saying that awareness is about living your life through the soul, having a physical experience, and keeping your focus on the high heart. This allows you to receive your internal cues from spirit or source, recognizing that you have the capacity to come and go at will. And as you do this, you begin to recognize that the beauty and the harmony of this world are but an out-picturing of the greater cosmos.
Yeah. That goes back to being born into the world, growing up, forming attachments, and assuming the assigned roles of parents, siblings, friends, teachers, coworkers, and the people you serve and help. And then you're looking at your life as a journey, but you're also viewing it through the lens of fixed positions.
That's one of the things that they said that L. never did. She never fixed her sights on permanency. She always knew that she was a visitor on this planet, and that when she taught schoolchildren or just experienced life, she was in life. She didn't have an attachment to whether she was going to be here today, tomorrow, or ten years from now, because she lived her life in the moment and was very open to people.
And they're saying that's the goal of any spirit on this planet, to be open, to take your experiences as they come in the moment, and to live your life with an open heart.
And if you get zinged, if you have the bruising of the heart or your feelings hurt or something, they're saying, "But that's part of the grand adventure. That's part of the navigational skills that each of us is to develop—not to close our heart off, but to keep it open."
And I'm hearing the words again: to forgive, to be very quick to forgive. I'm hearing the statement, "Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do." There is ignorance on this planet, there's no doubt. But the ignorance is based on the awareness. Some souls are here simply to master the physical—to learn how to be in the physical. And those others, the dear ones that are here that understand that there is a larger perspective, a larger bandwidth of light expressing on this planet—we're still not to get so enamored and attached to the physical expressions of life that we lose our perspective.
So the zings and the shock of "here today, gone tomorrow" is a real thing because we are connected to linear time. It makes sense, but at the same time, you're still in the experience of the heart-to-heart connections that you have with people.
I'm hearing on the very subtle level L's laugh, and she's saying, "Yep, that's right, that's right."
Mark: Well, I'm glad she's up there with her beloved Michael and Zedekiah and all the other beings that she loves.
Carol: I'm hearing her, and this is very subtle, like a soft wind. She's saying, "Oh, Mark, you should hear your music up here. It's like wafting through the ethers."
Mark: I wonder why that is? Because you've kind of intimated that several times—that the music that's created here actually goes up into the other realms and sounds different up there.
Carol: I was just asking L. that question. What is that? And she's saying it's pure—pure things that are created with a pure heart for no other reason than the expression of love and joy and compassion. And it cuts through everything. It gets through the distortion grids.
Mark: Wow.
Carol: And it's a form of healing and transformation for souls that could not otherwise experience those frequencies because of the control grids in this planetary system, with all the distortion that goes on—the polarity.
Mark: On this side or the other side?
Carol: The souls that have been on this side, that are now on the other side, out of the control grids—they can hear it's like the music coming from the planet. They're saying that is what draws people back into their incarnation, future incarnations. Because when they're in the higher realms, they feel the best of what is happening, the pure-heartedness of what's happening with the human race, and the human race is just absolutely full of altruism. And when that's expressed, it cuts through everything.
So she's saying your music is really appreciated here. And she is in a... I see that she did make it to the other side. She was in the field of flowers, the meadow field full of flowers, and all of her loved ones coming out to greet her and welcome her home. She's not worried about her grandkids or her daughter. She knows they're going to be absolutely fine.
Mark: She did well with her coaching.
Carol: She did. She really did. And she'll be working—I feel like she will be working with them as they grow in age and wisdom.
Mark: Yeah. Nice.
Carol: I think her biggest work was with her daughter to bring her daughter through her doubting phase so that she could be a strong maternal presence for her kids.
Mark: Yeah.
Carol: You know, I feel like she's going to help what she calls D.—we call Db.—from the other side.
Mark: Mm-hmm. Yeah.
Carol: I think to fulfill her destiny. That's what she's saying: "I'm going to help her fulfill her destiny. Building the dome and the educational center for the kids."
Mark: And that's great.
Carol: I asked her who was there to greet her, and she said her grandmother. Her grandmother came out. And she was saying that she was surprised to see so many white relatives [seeing her smile, feeling joy].
Mark: She did pretty well with white people.
Carol: She did. She had a very, um, edgy, informed way of speaking.
Mark: Yeah.
Carol: She's very smart.
Mark: Yeah. She always surprised me. There were so many aspects of L. that...
Carol: Yeah. The first part of her that we saw was the doubting and the positioning herself in the lower, you know, kind of servitude aspect of her life. But that wasn't who she was at all.
Mark: Yeah.
Carol: And I began to recognize that there's a quietness that happens when you're around different facades of people until you get to know them.
Mark: I have a question about L.
Carol: Sure.
Mark: Is she able to more fully embody Holy Amethyst now?
Carol: Yes. I was going to tell you that. As I've been sitting here, I've been feeling the deep purple mist. It's a mist of energy. She's part of a, like... She's part of the Saint Germain ilk. She's in the ascended master realm, being reintegrated back into the collective consciousness. So, Holy Amethyst is not a person. It's a collective energy. It's the best I can describe it—a group, a soul group. You draw from that soul group, that higher consciousness field.
Mark: Yeah.
Carol: You transcend your physical maladies, if you will, of your wrong thinking, how you've been trained to think about yourself, and you transcend that.
And that's what the ceremony we did with her at the retreat several years ago, orchestrated by her friend. We all honored her as she accepted the embodiment of Holy Amethyst. After we returned from that retreat, she performed a ceremony for me. Do you remember that?
Mark: I don't remember.
Carol: A few days after we returned, she called and said, "I have something I'm supposed to do, something for you." We sat right here on the floor in this room. I think it was a ceremony to thank us for the role we played in helping her open and accept Holy Amethyst.
I remember R.H. was so enamored with her in that energy as she accepted her true self, he couldn't get away from her. That was a very powerful embodiment that happened. From that point forward, she would go in and out of it, but mostly she was integrating into it. She permitted herself to speak from that higher plane of existence, which was the goal.
Mark: Yeah.
Carol: So she did really, really well with her incarnation.
Mark: I think so.
Carol: Yeah. It's quite an example for the rest of us.
Mark: "L., I played your Ariel song for G. She loved it."
